As a Business Analyst you will play a vital role in optimizing our operations to foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders including Insurers/Carriers Brokers and Assisters. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving health insurance outcomes for Pennsylvanians whose needs are not met by other minimum essential coverage ensuring the organization effectively achieves its mission.
This position serves as a primary contact for assisters and brokers resolving issues and managing their training and certification processes. This role also coordinates meetings and develops materials for insurers/carriers assists in creating educational resources for all stakeholders and maintains the Pennie Broker and Assister SharePoint site. Furthermore the analyst supports the monitoring of Contact Center vendor performance participates in complex issue resolution aids insurer/carrier processes manages key partner-impacting procedures analyzes and presents reports and stays informed on relevant ACA regulations all while contributing to team projects and performing other assigned duties.
