Job Description

Job Description
What Youll Do

As a Senior HR Information Technology Analyst youll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Oracle HCM platformleading configurations implementations and optimization initiatives. Youll partner across HR IT and the business to harness the power of data automation and emerging tech to streamline and elevate the employee lifecycle.

This position is located in Columbus OH and candidates must be in office 2 to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure support and maintain Oracle HCM modules including documentation data uploads (HDL/HSDL) testing and user training.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Drive digital transformation through innovative use of AI and emerging tools.
Support integrations reporting (OTBI & BI Publisher) and analytics to uncover actionable insights.
Mentor junior analysts and serve as a go-to expert on HRIS best practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years in HRIS HR or Information SystemsOracle HCM Workday or SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid experience in system configuration and technical implementation.
  • Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills; exposure to AI tools and change management methodologies a big plus.
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and project leadership skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives on innovation and solving complex HR challenges
