Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Lyndhurst NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7AM - 3PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $21 / hour
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering calls filing and printing tickets for drivers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones daily light inbound calls.
- Mostly working w/counter and truck drivers. Printing stagging paperwork
- Make out bound phone calls to our Retail Partners to make appointments - Heavy a good 30-50 calls per day.
- Prepare and update shipping logs delivery schedules and documentation as required.
- Assist in daily office operations Processing pallet returns.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with vendors drivers and internal departments.
- Work overtime as needed to meet shipment deadlines or support high-volume periods.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish (read and write)
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Data Entry Microsoft Office Suite Time Management skills
- Able to work OT when needed
