Key Purpose:

To own the solution design of Enterprise Warehouse Management within McBride. This will initially cover the scope of Wave 1 (UK Middleton) and then move onto Belgium as part of Wave 2 of the project.
To work with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and our system implementer (NTT) as a 3-in-a-box partnership in understanding how we are implementing and using EWM within McBride. The role will be practical and hands on in making decisions around changes to the design and implementation on defining the master data that will enable the solution and on testing the solution to make sure it works both technically and functionally. There will also be a need for the role to own the user experience of EWM running on non-standard end point devices (Scan Guns Tablets Touch Screen PCs etc) as well as label printing where applicable. In addition the role will also have oversight over the integration of EWM with Warehouse Automation systems (LiveRack in the case of Wave 1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the solution design in partnership with the BPO including standard best practice WRICEFs Roles and Master Data.
  
• Review and approve design changes.
  
• Create test plans and scripts for the EWM domain and execute those tests with the support of the SAP Cloud ALM platform.
  
• Review and approve design changes in the end user experience on PC Touch PC Scan Guns and Tablet Devices.
  
• Review and approve design changes to label and other document forms where in the scope of the EWM module.
  
• Work with the security team to ensure the successful creation and configuration of user roles for the EWM module.
  
• Work with the BPO to create and maintain the Business Process & Solution Document (BPSD)

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana EWM Module (5 Years)
  
• Some exposure to the implementation of the platform on specialised end user devices (Scan Guns Tablets etc)
  
• Some exposure to the integration of the EWM solution with other warehousing solutions (Automation Robotics etc..)
  
• Good understanding of the business processes and working practices within a complex FMCG warehouse.
