Coventry College is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Health & Social care who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential. We recognise that our lecturing staff are integral to the success of the College and student achievement.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team delivering high-quality teaching learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. Youll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
As a Lecturer at Coventry College youll contribute to curriculum development provide academic and pastoral support to learners and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city.

As a Lecturer in Health & Social Care you should:
Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area
Evidence continuing professional development
You should also be able to demonstrate:
Teaching experience in a relevant subject area
Application of quality improvement and assurance processes including internal verification
Successful course and curriculum development
Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of educationWhat we offer
