Job Description

What Is The Role of an Deployment Coordinator

The role will be responsible for the ATMs installation procedure. The Deployment Coordinator is then responsible for ensuring the installations are delivered on time to budget and to the required quality of the civil works with the standard within the agreed specification.

What Will I Be Doing as an Deployment Coordinator

  • Developing maintaining and control a detailed Installations plan.
  • Management of civil works and activity licenses with the different municipalities.
  • Develop manage and maintain an effective suppliers and customer relationships.
  • Managing day by day installations activities including reporting to the board in line with the Installations plan.
  • Managing new installations projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recording and managing installations issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Identifying and recording installations risks and taking action to prevent the risks you can avoid and minimize the ones that you cannot.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders both in Cardtronics Spain and globally to meet operations objectives.
  • Working closely with all users to ensure the installations meets business needs.

What Would I Need to Succeed in the Deployment Coordinator role

  • Experience in project management with municipalities (civil works licensing etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience or degree in Business / Engineering Architects and Technical Architects will also be considered.
  • Experience in suppliers management and managing SLAs.
  • Ability to make decisions in a short time Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives.
  • Residing in the province of Barcelona hybrid work model can be discussed with the successful candidate.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point.
  • Previous experience from one of the following background is a plus: Retail Banking.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English is a plus.
  • Availability to travel often in Spain and eventually abroad.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with collaborative work style.
  • Enthusiastic ambitious open minded self-starting and hard-working team player.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Excels at operating in a fast place entrepreneurial environment.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
