Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promote assigned products and technologies within the designated territory ensuring revenue targets are met and supporting new product launches in alignment with company strategy.
Manage tenders and commercial negotiations with public and private healthcare institutions while identifying business opportunities and implementing area-specific commercial solutions.
Present products to customers provide in-depth technical support to ensure proper use and deliver immediate specialist support when requested by healthcare professionals.
Deliver clinical training and technical updates to physicians hospital staff and other stakeholders involved in the use of Medtronic products.
Participate in conferences meetings and presentations to share product information and build strong trust-based relationships with medical professionals.
Coordinate with key market stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders administrative decision-makers and patient associations ensuring alignment across clinical and commercial objectives.
Monitor and manage any product-related issues share supporting clinical data and collaborate with the marketing team as needed to address critical situations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other scientific/technical disciplines with willingness to provide technical support in the operating room and travel within the assigned territory and district.
Over 5 years of sales experience in the medtech industry including a minimum of 2 years specifically in the TAVI field.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and support clinicians in identifying the best technical solutions.
Results-oriented mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid understanding of administrative and legal aspects related to public tenders and negotiations combined with a natural aptitude for sales.
Proven ability to manage priorities effectively and demonstrated proficiency in key sales force competencies.
