Below are the key attributes for this role: Domain: Understanding in capital markets Investment Banking Wealth Management Asset management Risk and Compliance Technical Understanding and experience in Solutioning / Execution for Digital transformation cloud adoption data analytics AI and lines of services ADM ASM Should have performed Client Facing roles in execution and defending solutions Should have driven teams towards Innovation and Collaborations with partners adopting agile approaches. Leading high-performing teams ensures successful project delivery and innovation. Effective Communication and Stakeholder Influence A grasp of budgeting cost control and return on investment to contribute to profitability and growth (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Should have customer focus Communicating and creating win-win situation
2. Transition Milestones
3. Forecasting Staffing Scheduling
4. Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
5. Is able to able to manage motivate engage and grow the people to take them to the next level and deliver their best performance
