Job Title:Real Estate Finance Core Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Analyst
Role and Responsibilities
The Firm is looking to recruit an Analyst to work as part of the Real Estate Finance Core team; the role will have a broad remit covering all aspects of investment and fund valuations management analytics and investor reporting across Blackstones European Real Estate Core funds; including Blackstone Property Partners Europe (BPPE) and Blackstone European Property Income Fund (BEPIF).
In this role the Analyst will be an integral member of the Real Estate Finance team in London focusing on Valuations and Analytics. The focus of the team is to assist in managing the monthly and quarterly NAV process for the fund and producing complex analytics relating to the funds exposure and performance. The successful candidate will coordinate across internal and external groups to produce best-in-class valuation analysis for senior management and investors as well as participate in an array of projects and will be expected to assume a key role in the broader team.
