Role Senior Consultant
Technology PLM
Service Line Application Development and maintenance (ADM)
Location Erlangen Germany

Skillset

• A suitable candidate should be techno-functionally proficient with strong PLM background and is expected to have hands-on experience in PLM including understanding of core PLM architecture and design principles.
• Strong knowledge and experience in any of the cloud platforms.
• Ability to understand the high level Technical architectural solutions and Business Requirements to come up with the Functional Specifications and guide teams to implement features of PLM capabilities using best practices. Should have experience in delivering projects using agile methodology.
• Should be able to leverage partner technologies; participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high technical solutions and creating thought leadership in following technologies.
• Product Lifecycle Management tools and concepts
• Material Lifecycle Management concepts
• Working experience with Enovia and PLM Windchill
• Understanding of PLM concepts such as Bill of Materials FoB Design Materials Factory etc
• Data analysis and PLSQL expertise
• Knowledge/Experience in one or more cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience in Agile and ability to lead a team / Project Management Consultancy
• Jira and Confluence for documentation

Scope of Services

• Responsible to understand Business Requirements Process Mapping and Consultancy.
• Responsible for correct and successful implementation of features
• Responsible to evaluate and review with architect the design frameworks and methodologies.
• Responsible for organizing documenting and review work items scope from techno-functional point of view.
• Responsible for scoping designing development reviews and delivery.
• Review and validate estimates for complex projects to ensure correct sizing of work.
• Participates in POCs validate technical solution perform estimates and collateral consolidation.
• Lead and coach a team of junior developers

Deliverables
The deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below:

• Creation of Techno-Functional requirement specifications for development.
• Hands on data analysis adhering to industry/client standard guidelines
• Leading teams
• Coordinate/Monitor large scale software deployments and debug issues
• Daily tasks can vary from day to day and can span from

1. Tasks on an elevated level like support creating a presentation for a steering boardcall
2. Tasks on a conceptual level like capturing Business requirements or mapping anE2E Business process.
3. Tasks on an operational level like testing a change in the staging environment
4. Team tasks like running a refinement session
