AccountingIntercompanyAnalyst (Junior Controller)
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping
- Booking/ Reconciliation of entries related to intercompany and GL accounts
- Executing standard processes within the team according to the procedures
- Assisting in performing internal controls including month-end activitiesaccording to the control framework
- Participating in improvement projects and identifying areas for improvement within the process
- Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
- Ensuring that proper company policies and documented SOX procedures are being followed
- Supporting audit or other regulatory requests
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with relevant teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organization
- Cooperating with a strategic partner
- 2 years of experience in accounting (GL intercompany AR AP)
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Economics
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive innovative approach to work and a sense for improvements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands
- General knowledge of ADMs business divisions
- Ability to analyze and design business processes
- Willingness to work in our Pozna office 3 times per week
