Production Operative
Salary: 31687.66
Shift Pattern: 24/7 A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern including 12 hour shifts days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week

As a Production Operative you will be part of a supportive team working with colleagues who will help you settle in find your way around and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be:
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
