Job Description
Job Title: L3 Network Engineer
Location: Satellite Blvd NW Suwanee GA (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of network and hardware infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is fully onsite (5 days/week) and demands strong flexibility across both software and hardware administration domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Install and integrate new network hardware ensuring proper configuration within existing environments.
- Support and maintain routing switching and data center architectures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage infrastructure needs and performance optimization.
- Contribute to the administration of WAN acceleration and SD-WAN
- Provide support for Aruba wireless networks and manage data center-grade switches from Cisco Arista and Aruba.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Riverbed WAN Accelerators and Silverpeak SD-WAN
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies.
- Solid understanding of data center architecture and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with WAN Accelerators and SD-WAN solutions.
- Experience with Cisco Arista Aruba Riverbed and Silverpeak networking equipment.
- Ability to work effectively across software and hardware platforms in a production environment.
- Flexibility to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Education & Certifications (Preferred):
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- CCNA / CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications highly desired.
