Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires advanced expertise in Power Platform technologies and includes both hands-on technical analysis and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions for workflow automation.
- Design and support Power Automate processes to integrate automation with business operations.
- Provide technical support and manage support tickets related to Power Apps and Automate.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track automation effectiveness.
- Mentor a team of analysts and ensure best practices in Power Platform development.
Key Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience in low-code/no-code applications and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and cloud technologies.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
