Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a DHB Certification Data Analyst to lead the development of outcome statements and operational reporting for Medicaid Enterprise System projects. This role involves collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Medicaid and CMS criteria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting with a focus on improving organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather clean and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Create visualizations (charts graphs dashboards) that present data findings clearly.
- Draft outcome statements and metrics for program and project teams.
- Collaborate with Business Leads to update state-specific outcome statements.
- Utilize project tracking tools to manage timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience with CMS Medicaid Enterprise Systems or federal regulations.
- 3 years of MMIS/CMS certification experience.
- 5 years of experience with data visualization software.
- 5 years of experience using data to improve organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile and other SDLC methodologies.
