Key Responsibilities:

  • Document client interactions and maintain records of conversations for future reference.
  • Assist clients in navigating through the insurance process including quotes and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents to provide high-quality customer service and support.
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest insurance policies and regulations to offer informed support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the insurance or related industry.
  • Experience handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $25 commensurate with experience.
