Location: Memphis TN 38103
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Start Date: ASAP
They must be a Senior PM at Oracle Cloud Implementations. Not a PM with a few Oracle Cloud implementations but specializing in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an Oracle Cloud implementation project. As the Project Manager you will oversee the successful planning execution and delivery of the Oracle Cloud implementation within the defined scope timeline and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams stakeholders and vendors to ensure the projects objectives are met and the desired business outcomes are achieved.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
15 years of Oracle ERP experience consisting of at least 3 years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience working with System Integration partners implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions Must have managed three to five end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM end-to-end lifecycle implementation Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud functionalities and its impact on business processes.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope timelines and budgets effectively.
Proven experience in risk management and issue resolution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Oracle Cloud Certification .
