Job Description
- Title: Business Analyst I
- Location : Carson CA
- Pay: $30.00/hr. on W2
- Duration : 06 months
- Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens
Shift: Mon-Fri 7.00am -3:30pm.
Description:
Responsibilities
- Analyze business issues and define system requirements to address organizational information challenges.
- Design computer programs and recommend automated system controls and protocols.
- Determine operational objectives by gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Collaborate closely with end users to analyze define model and document systems requirements.
- Identify project milestones phases and elements to ensure alignment with timeline and budget.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams study system capabilities and write detailed specifications.
- Develop organizational change management frameworks and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Create end-user documentation such as user guides process flow charts and training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions to support system adoption.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience: Preferred experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of business processes.
Other Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Solid ERP knowledge.
Developing proficiency within discipline; moderate skill sets required.
Able to work independently under moderate supervision and make sound decisions.
