Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Location: Athena Medtech
Department: Labor and Delivery
Schedule: 3 Days/Week (12-Hour Shifts)
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Monday Friday Rotation)
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Labor and Delivery Nursing
Athena Medtech is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our dedicated maternity care team. In this vital role you will provide expert patient-centered care during one of the most important moments in our patients lives. This position is ideal for a collaborative detail-oriented RN who thrives in a fast-paced supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop implement and monitor individualized patient care plans in accordance with best practices and physician directives.

Continuously assess record and communicate patient conditions responding promptly and appropriately to changes.

Coordinate care delivery among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and high-quality patient outcomes.

Accurately document and execute physician and nursing orders.

Participate in discharge planning and patient education in collaboration with healthcare team members.

Current RN license in good standing.

Minimum 5 years of direct Labor and Delivery experience.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
