Job Description
Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery (Traveler)
Department: Birth Center
Facility: Athena Medtech
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts Monday Friday 07:00 19:30
Weekly Hours: 36
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Labor & Delivery
Athena Medtech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery (Traveler) to join our Birth Center team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing compassionate evidence-based care and ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and child throughout the labor and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:-
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans during labor and delivery.

Accurately document and communicate patient status concerns and changes in condition.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Execute physician and nursing orders in a timely and precise manner.

Participate in patient discharge planning in coordination with other healthcare professionals.

Active RN license in good standing.

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively in urgent situations.

Traveler RN experience preferred.

Proficient in documenting care and maintaining accurate records
