Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)
Location: Athena Medtech
Department: Labor and Delivery
Schedule: 3 Days/Week (12-Hour Shifts)
Shift Hours: 07:00 PM 7:30 AM Monday to Friday
Weekly Hours: 36
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Labor & Delivery Nursing
Athena Medtech is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team during the night shift. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled professional who is passionate about maternal-child health and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the labor delivery and immediate postpartum phases.

Monitor document and communicate maternal and fetal conditions responding promptly to changes.

Develop and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Act as the primary liaison across care disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

Accurately carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate in discharge planning and patient education to support optimal postnatal outcomes.

Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.

Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP (required or per facility policy).

Proven ability to work independently on night shifts while maintaining strong communication and clinical decision-making.

Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to family-centered care.
