Job Description
Department: Radiation Oncology
Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Radiation Therapy Technologist (ARRT) to join our patient-centered Radiation Oncology team. In this role you will deliver timely effective therapeutic radiation services ensuring each patient receives the highest standard of care in alignment with department policies and professional best practices.
You will also support clinical and administrative functions while maintaining your professional competencies through continuous education and active participation in training programs.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately

Provide compassionate whole-person care with sensitivity to the physical and emotional needs of patients

Document treatment information and patient progress thoroughly and in a timely manner

Maintain compliance with departmental policies regulatory standards and patient safety procedures

Participate in departmental meetings continuing education and staff development initiatives

Assist in administrative duties as needed within the Radiation Oncology department

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)

Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy (ARRT) Must be obtained upon hire

Completion of clinical rotations from an accredited Radiation Therapy program

1 year of experience in a clinical radiation therapy setting
