Job Description
SW TEST ENGINEER Medical device domain.. at Cambridge MA locals only
Contact Duration: 6 Months Contract to FTE( Contract to hire position)
Must Have: Medical Device background SW TEST Engineer Linux Embedded FDA regulations (IECCFR Part 820)
Highly preferred Local Medical Device background
Key skills required for this role:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
- Embedded device testing
- Testing real-time large-scale distributed client-server applications
- Developing regression and/or functional test suites
- Knowledge of FDA regulations (IECCFR Part 820)
- TCP/IP and Cisco equipment/configurations
- Understanding of 802.11 wireless technologies and RF testing
- Scripting languages (e.g. Python)
- C# for automation
- Use of network traffic analysis tools (wired and wireless)
- Virtualization (VMware Hyper-V)
- Testing in Agile environments
- HL7 and medical device interfacing
