Job Description
1. Location : Cyber City Gurgaon
2. Work Mode : Hybrid as per project requirement
3. Indian Shift Timing : 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm
4. Joining Date : Will accept max 20-30 days NP
5. Preferred Experience Level : 9-10 yr

Qualifications
- Approximately 8 years of total experience and Hybris Implementation experience in minimum 3 projects
- 1-2 years implementing Hybris Commerce
- Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
- Management Consulting Experience in Business and IT Strategy and Governance Value Management Business Process Management Center of Excellence
- Bachelor s Degree in Software Development Computer Engineering Project Management or related field
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Key accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP (Hybris) project implementations including planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders architects developers and QA teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines budgets risks and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions including integration with backend SAP systems (ERP CRM).
- Oversee technical design reviews testing and deployment activities.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement best practices for SAP CX delivery.
