You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTeam Advisor Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Solution Manager to lead engagement efforts with MSME clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This role requires both proactive outreach and strategic coordination between clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with MSME clients requiring financial solutions.
Lead client meetings to understand their operations and funding needs.
Coordinate with internal directors to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
Collect and validate all necessary financial documents for loan processing.
Build and maintain a strong referral network of bankers CAs and industry professionals.
Understand client operations to create and propose customized funding solutions.
Represent the organization professionally in client-facing and internal communication.
Strong in sourcing and outreach through both structured and ad-hoc methods.
Comfortable with cold calling direct engagement and initiating conversations.
Ability to build and nurture meaningful client relationships over time.
Good understanding of core financial concepts and lending products.
Effective communication skills written verbal and presentation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience in handling business communication across teams and stakeholders.
Graduate or MBA in Finance preferred (other educational backgrounds open for consideration).
Experience in financial sales client relationship management or similar roles.
