Job Overview:

Team Advisor Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Solution Manager to lead engagement efforts with MSME clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This role requires both proactive outreach and strategic coordination between clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with MSME clients requiring financial solutions.

  • Lead client meetings to understand their operations and funding needs.

  • Coordinate with internal directors to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.

  • Collect and validate all necessary financial documents for loan processing.

  • Build and maintain a strong referral network of bankers CAs and industry professionals.

  • Understand client operations to create and propose customized funding solutions.

  • Represent the organization professionally in client-facing and internal communication.

Required Skills:
  • Strong in sourcing and outreach through both structured and ad-hoc methods.

  • Comfortable with cold calling direct engagement and initiating conversations.

  • Ability to build and nurture meaningful client relationships over time.

  • Good understanding of core financial concepts and lending products.

  • Effective communication skills written verbal and presentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience in handling business communication across teams and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate or MBA in Finance preferred (other educational backgrounds open for consideration).

  • Experience in financial sales client relationship management or similar roles.

  • Passionate about helping businesses grow through financial solutions.

  • Self-driven well-organized and committed to delivering results.
