Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Project Manager to join our team in Stuart FL. In this on-site role you will oversee and manage residential construction projects from pre-construction to final inspection. Youll be expected to demonstrate strong leadership independent decision-making and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic high-agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project timelines schedules and execution plans
Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors suppliers and inspectors
Identify and onboard new subcontractor partners
Lead and manage permitting inspection scheduling and documentation
Oversee material procurement delivery logistics and site readiness
Ensure on-time on-budget project delivery aligned with client expectations
Maintain detailed project documentation and regular progress reporting
Quickly solve on-site issues and make smart timely decisions
Promote a culture of safety quality and accountability on all job sites
Minimum 5 years of residential construction project management experience
Strong understanding of permitting and inspection requirements in Florida
Proven expertise in material procurement and vendor coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal negotiation and leadership abilities
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred
