Litigation Attorney
About the Job:
We have an opening in our Philadelphia office for a Construction Litigation Associate. Candidates must have six or more years of construction or commercial litigation experience strong academic credentials (preferably law review) and excellent legal research and writing skills.
Applicants must be licensed in Pennsylvania and preferably in at least one other jurisdiction with demonstrated proficiency in both state and federal civil procedures. The role involves analyzing facts and performing legal research and writing on questions of law related to private and public construction matters.
Typical responsibilities include drafting pleadings engaging in motion practice (in both state and federal courts) and handling bid protests and claims before various boards and agencies. This position also requires supporting trial counsel with litigation efforts.
