Senior Trial Attorney
About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney for our Atlanta and Birmingham office with 9 years of litigation experience preferably in auto/trucking construction defect or general liability defense litigation. Our practice includes the defense of large self-insureds insureds and governmental entities.
We offer a practice that provides significant opportunities for growth and compensation. Our philosophy is to deliver exceptional and cost-effective personal representation to our clients.
The candidate will lead a team of attorneys take depositions attend court hearings prepare and respond to discovery and lead teams in trials.
Candidates must be able to handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients.
