Workers Compensation Associate Attorney
About the Job:
We are seeking an associate attorney for the Workers Compensation Department at our Miami office due to our continued growth. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in Florida workers compensation defense although no prior experience is required. They must be able to work independently on assigned cases and should have experience handling general discovery matters including taking depositions interviewing witnesses responding to written discovery preparing motions etc. Trial experience is a plus.
