Job Description
Overview:
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients world-wide. Our client is an international technology group with three core businesses: aerospace defense and security. It develops produces and markets engines and equipment for air and space defense electronics and security solutions.
Position: Business Analyst I
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Carson CA 90746
Work Type: Contract
Job Type: Onsite
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Analyze business issues and define system requirements to address organizational information challenges.
- Design computer programs and recommend automated system controls and protocols.
- Determine operational objectives by gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Collaborate closely with end users to analyze define model and document systems requirements.
- Identify project milestones phases and elements to ensure alignment with timeline and budget.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams study system capabilities and write detailed specifications.
- Develop organizational change management frameworks and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Create end-user documentation such as user guides process flow charts and training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions to support system adoption.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience: Preferred experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of business processes.
Other Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Solid ERP knowledge.
- Developing proficiency within discipline; moderate skill sets required.
- Able to work independently under moderate supervision and make sound decisions.
