Job Description
Job Title: Tech Lead (C# .NET & LAMP Stack)
Location: Atlanta GA (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech lead with a strong background in both the C# .NET ecosystem with MSSQL Server and the LAMP stack (Linux Apache MySQL PHP). The ideal candidate will have led technical team and provided advanced application support (L3/L4) with a deep understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and maintain software applications using C# .NET and MSSQL Server
- Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack
- Serve as a Technical Lead overseeing and mentoring team members and reviewing code and architecture of 2 applications
- Ensure software meets performance quality security and scalability requirements
- Manage and support escalated issues (L3 and L4 support) including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and Product Management
- Participate in design and code reviews providing technical feedback and recommendations
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing development and support
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on software development experience
- Solid understanding and application of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.)
- Experience performing L3 and L4 support including troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading technical teams and project delivery
- Open to travel on need basis within US for project requirement
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in C# .NET .NET Core and MSSQL Server
- Proven experience with LAMP stack: Linux Apache MySQL PHP
