Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer with Java expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform while leveraging Java for custom integrations and enhancements.
This role requires a strong understanding of Appian development Java programming and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy BPM solutions using the Appian platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom components and integrations using Java ensuring seamless interaction with external systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and maintain Appian objects including process models interfaces rules and data types.
- Implement best practices for Appian development including security scalability and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications and integrations.
- Conduct unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
- Maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Appian and Java technologies tools and industry trends to continuously enhance solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning
