Job Posting: Junior Business Analyst
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Locations: Connecticut
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a W2 contract basis.
In this role you will work on a variety of projects including but not limited to:
- Business process improvement initiatives
- Data analysis and reporting projects
- Software implementation and integration projects
You will use tools such as:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
- Project management software (e.g. JIRA Trello)
- Data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Tableau)
You will be part of a collaborative team structure working closely with:
- Senior Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Development and QA teams
- Stakeholders from various departments

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior internship or project experience in a business analyst or related role is a plus.
