Job Title: Sr. Java Lead developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr.Java Lead to join our dynamic team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development a solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and demonstrated experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead a team of Java developers in designing developing and deploying enterprise-level applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners QA DevOps and Architects.

Participate in architectural decisions code reviews and design discussions.

Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and agile development methodologies.

Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Manage project timelines deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.

12 years of Strong experience in Java 8/11 Spring Spring Boot Hibernate RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP preferred)

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent problem-solving communication and team leadership skills

Prior experience in banking or financial services domain is advantageous

Experience with front-end technologies (Angular React)
