Client seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our real estate transactional practice. Candidate must have substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower) joint ventures acquisitions and dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g. office multi-family industrial retail hospitality).
