SAP BTP Consultant
Bellevue WA- Onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BTP UI5 / Fiori Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative UI solutions using SAPs Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Fiori applications. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Develop custom UI5 applications and Fiori apps using SAP BTP ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Integration: Integrate SAP UI5 / Fiori applications with various SAP modules such as ECC S/4HANA and other third-party systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers promoting best practices and standards in UI5 / Fiori development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Fiori applications by conducting thorough testing performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications including design specifications user guides and technical manuals.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Fiori applications addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP BTP SAP UI5 SAP Fiori JavaScript HTML5 CSS and OData services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
- Certifications: SAP certification in UI5 / Fiori development is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other SAP modules such as ABAP MM SD and PP.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Web IDE.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with mobile application development.
