Title: Content Strategist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: New York NY 10003
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Normal business hours Monday through Friday.
35 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work).

Tasks:
- Leverage the style guide in developing content and if business needs and research results indicate an exception to the style guide may be appropriate.
- Review and synthesize appropriate agency and external organization content relevant to the Hub
- Collaborate with project management to generate and track success metrics for content improvement
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from user research analytics surveys and feedback into actionable and engaging content
- Identify and manage content deliverables for all assigned projects
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and present deliverables in team meetings
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience writing and strategizing content for a web experience
- Demonstrated experience creating iterating publishing and managing high-quality user- centered content
- Demonstrated experience delivering microcopy and informational websites
- Experience pairing with other disciplines to create content for digital tools and services
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership experts and decision makers
