Job Description

Job Title: PowerBuilder Developer Regulatory Claims

Location: Menands NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing jurisdictional data reporting solutions using the IAIABC EDI Claims Release 3 standard including the design and implementation of software modules for integration with regulatory Claims Management Systems.
  • Strong background as a Technical Lead supporting Claims Management systems in regulatory environments leading user design sessions and producing comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in PowerBuilder application development.
  • Expertise in Sybase database development including the design of tables triggers stored procedures and advanced SQL query writing.
  • Practical experience utilizing Automic Automation (formerly UC4) for batch job scheduling and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated experience working on government projects following formal Project Management methodologies.
