Job Description
Job Title: PowerBuilder Developer Regulatory Claims
Location: Menands NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing jurisdictional data reporting solutions using the IAIABC EDI Claims Release 3 standard including the design and implementation of software modules for integration with regulatory Claims Management Systems.
- Strong background as a Technical Lead supporting Claims Management systems in regulatory environments leading user design sessions and producing comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in PowerBuilder application development.
- Expertise in Sybase database development including the design of tables triggers stored procedures and advanced SQL query writing.
- Practical experience utilizing Automic Automation (formerly UC4) for batch job scheduling and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated experience working on government projects following formal Project Management methodologies.
