Job Description

Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor

Location: Wixom MI Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor. In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing medium to large-sized customer accounts ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency through effective administrative and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the beverage industry serving as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and support.

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and process product orders ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery coordination.

  • Inventory Planning: Plan and schedule inventory to meet customer demands coordinating with suppliers and freight carriers to optimize logistics.

  • Financial Transactions: Manage accounts receivable and payable components related to product transactions including issuing purchase orders and monitoring payment schedules.

  • Cost Optimization: Explore and secure cost-effective freight options for transportation aiming to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.

  • Administrative Functions: Coordinate order pickups track product deliveries and maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management; experience within the beverage industry is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems used in wholesale distribution.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a focus on customer service excellence.

  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external customers.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or a related field is preferred.
