Job Description

Job Summary:
This role is a Project Manager for Cybersecurity projects. The successful candidate will define project scopes timelines and deliverables coordinating efforts across various teams (vendor infrastructure and cybersecurity). They will be responsible for tracking milestones managing risks allocating resources and ensuring compliance with Authority policies and reporting protocols. Experience in public sector or regulated environments is crucial.

Location: Buffalo New York United States
Responsibilities:
- Define scope timelines and deliverables for security projects
- Coordinate across vendor infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
- Track milestones risks and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to Authority policies and reporting protocols

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years in IT or security project management
- Experience with public sector or regulated environments
- PMP OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM) OR Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- CJIS Knowledge
- NIST CSF Knowledge
- Public sector procurement and project governance knowledge
