Job Description
This Respiratory Therapist position requires floating between various units including the floor ER and participation in code response and Rapid Response teams. The role involves providing respiratory care to patients in a short-term acute care Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling diverse patient acuity levels is essential. Weekend and every other weekend availability is mandatory.
- Participating in code response and Rapid Response teams.
- Managing patients with varying levels of acuity.
- Maintaining patient charts and documentation.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
