Job Description
Position: HR Ops / MIS Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 2 3 years
Compensation: Max 6 LPA
Key Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas pivot tables charts etc.)
- Experience in HR operations (strictly no recruitment background)
- Hands-on experience working with large volumes of HR data.
- Good understanding of HRMS systems (PeopleSoft experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Good stakeholder and time management skills
- Required bachelors degree. (BBA BCom BSC Engineering)
