Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Analise Quotation Requests and prepare cost estimates.
Planning & scheduling the workflow on receipt of Purchase Orders.
Plan & Procure materials as required.
Plan for Outsourcing of Jobs/Operations and Post process Operations.
Vendor development for Outsourcing items and as well as sub operations.
Identify Critical paths (Critical & Long Lead items) and generate Progress
status reports.
Forecast of material requirements and ensure store stocks.
Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes & Materials
GD&T Standards: Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and
specifications.
Understanding Technical documents in Inch & Metric Systems.
Use of MS Office Tools like EXCEL Word etc.
ISO 9001 QMS exposure/compliance
CAD
Knowledge in welding & Post process operations like Plating etc.
Good Communication skills Oral & Written.
