To look after the Quality Control (part process and outgoing quality)
Do Daily process inspection and periodic process audit
Do Regular capability study of Machine / Gage / Process
Have Internal approval and change control (quality verification and approval)
Look after Claim to suppliers for failure costs due to suppliers
Do Daily process inspection and periodic process audit
Do Regular capability study of Machine / Gage / Process
