Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree (e.g. MBA in HR MSW) preferred.
15 years of progressive experience in HR with a significant portion in a manufacturing plant environment specifically handling IR.
Proven expertise in managing complex industrial relations scenarios and union environments.
Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
