Job Description
Qualifications:
- LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized university.
- 2 4 years of PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department preferably with exposure to commercial contracts.
- Review and analyze commercial contracts
- Apply contract playbooks to ensure consistent and compliant contract review and negotiation.
- contract approval workflow ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies.
- Adept at learning and working with CLM tools and Microsoft office tools.
- Provide legal support for other business initiatives as needed.
