- 2-3 years of experience in OTC pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree (./ preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
As a Distributor Sales Representative your day-to-day tasks will be focused on building strong relationships increasing market share and ensuring excellent customer service. A typical workday involves:
- Achieving sales targets and optimizing distribution channels.
- Managing relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Expanding market presence and exceeding expectations.
- Ensuring product visibility and secondary billing compliance.
- Daily activities will encompass sales and distribution management channel development and secondary billing compliance market expansion and retailer engagement and merchandising and visibility. This involves beat planning order generation inventory management onboarding new retailers and ensuring proper product placement and POS material deployment.
