Job Description
Job Title: Sr Qlik Sense Lead
Location: Mountain View CA-Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 6 - 10 years
Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr Qlik Sense Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to oversee and manage projects related to Experience Design and Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Qlik Sense and its administration with a preference for those with experience in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift.

Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of projects involving Experience Design and Qlik Sense to ensure successful delivery. - Oversee the administration and optimization of Qlik Sense environments to enhance performance and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and deliver impactful solutions. - Provide technical expertise in Qlik Sense to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for data visualization. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints. - Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders on project status risks and outcomes. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in Qlik Sense and related technologies. - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project workflows and outcomes. - Support the integration of Product Lifecycle Management principles into project strategies for enhanced efficiency. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage team engagement and productivity.
Qualifications: - Possess a strong technical background in Qlik Sense and its administration. - Demonstrate experience in Experience Design with a focus on user-centric solutions. - Have a good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles. - Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Show proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with a focus on day shift operations.
