Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role you will design develop and deploy advanced generative AI models and solutions that drive the next generation of intelligent applications. By collaborating with cross-functional teams you will solve complex problems using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques ensuring that our AI solutions are both cutting-edge and practical for our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design implement and optimize generative AI models (e.g. LLMs diffusion models GANs VAEs) for various business applications.
Lead research and development of novel algorithms and architectures in generative AI.
Collaborate with product engineering and data teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers.
Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to the companys technical strategy.
Ensure scalability reliability and ethical use of AI models.
Publish research findings and represent the team.
Requirements:
Overall 10 years of experience in the AI/ML Space
5 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative models.
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch JAX).
Hands-on experience with LLMs transformers diffusion models or similar architectures.
Solid understanding of data engineering MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS).
Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.
Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
Familiarity with responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques.
