Job Description
Project Scope:
Client is seeking 2 detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analysts to join our teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and delivering data-driven insights and technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of systems data analysis and stakeholder communication.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements processes and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop user stories process flows data models and wireframes.
- Support testing activities by creating test plans test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with APIs system integrations and data flows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.
- Experience with large scale complex data migration projects
- Proficiency in tools like or Visio for documenting and improving business processes.
